Michael is a successful entrepreneur in the industrial and hydrogen gas industries. As the founder of IGX Group, NorAm Valves, and Gas Transport Leasing, Michael’s companies have become industry leaders in growing the high-pressure hydrogen market. He is known for his focus on customer service, innovative approach to solving customer needs, and ability to quickly bring new products and services to market. Michael has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BS in Economics and Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
Greg is responsible for developing product technology roadmaps, assuring product development is seamlessly integrated with BayoTech’s Hub and production build-out schedule and in line with customer needs. He also takes part in mergers and acquisition, partnerships and licensing developments which enhance BayoTech’s ecosystem and goal of becoming the world’s leader in distributed hydrogen.
Greg has his bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate degrees in chemical engineering, all from the University of Pennsylvania.
Wendy focuses on financial results, operations and supporting business growth. She specializes in working with companies in high-growth, rapidly changing industries, starting her career with KPMG.

Adam has over 17 years of experience working in the distributed energy sector with technologies ranging from biogas to energy storage. At BayoTech, Adam is responsible for BayoGaaS™ Hydrogen Hub development, hydrogen molecule sales, and hydrogen generator sales. Prior to joining Bayotech, Adam held positions with GE, AES Power, Lockheed Martin, and Centrica where he led domestic and international project development teams. Adam has a master’s degree in Earth Resource Engineering from Columbia University.
Based out of Vancouver, Canada, Catharine has spent over 20 years in the clean energy sector. Previously at Ballard Power Systems, she is an experienced champion of hydrogen fuel cells for heavy-duty motive applications. Catharine is responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image, to build awareness and generate demand across multiple market segments.
Catharine holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University with a Marketing Concentration.
Nichole comes to BayoTech with 25 years of leadership with companies such as Target, News Corporation, General Electric, United Health Group and Best Buy. Her experience in human resources has focused on investing in company culture, relationships and developing an engaging environment for employees.
Nichole holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
Prior to joining BayoTech, Paul served as Chief Legal Officer for Omnitracs, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s global legal function. He also was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Commercial Metals Company, a NYSE listed, Fortune 500 steel company. Paul’s experience includes being a transactional and securities attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP, a global law firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, where he represented both private and public company clients.
Paul received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
