Mo Vargas

Chief Executive Officer

Mo brings new technologies to market, whether leading investor-backed companies or running growth and transformative initiatives in global corporations. His Fortune 500 experience includes executive leadership roles at GE, Siemens, AES and Lockheed Martin. In addition, he has led 4 early stage technology companies including BayoTech.

MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in combustion from the University of California Irvine.

Michael is a successful entrepreneur in the industrial and hydrogen gas industries. As the founder of IGX Group, NorAm Valves, and Gas Transport Leasing, Michael’s companies have become industry leaders in growing the high-pressure hydrogen market. He is known for his focus on customer service, innovative approach to solving customer needs, and ability to quickly bring new products and services to market. Michael has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley and a BS in Economics and Finance from California State University, Sacramento.

Stewart Stewart

Chief Commercial Officer

Stewart leads global business development, marketing and sales. He identifies partners as part of a broader effort to bring on-site hydrogen to customers in fuel cell, energy and agriculture markets. 

Stewart’s career has centered on energy, sustainability and the environment, combining management consulting and entrepreneurial experience to develop winning strategies, launch new products, and drive revenue.

MBA and Master of Environmental Management from Yale University and a BA from Princeton University.

Wendy Rollstin

Chief Financial Officer

Wendy focuses on financial results, operations and supporting business growth. She specializes in working with companies in high-growth, rapidly changing industries, starting her career with KPMG. 

BBA in Business Administration & Accounting from the University of New Mexico.

Wish Krishnamoorthy

Chief Technology Officer

Wish develops technology, combining the disciplines of manufacturing, safety, health and environmental. He leads teams of engineers and researchers to meet business objectives in the energy and defense industries. 

PhD and a Masters in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Florida and a BS in metallurgy from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.

Linh Austin

Chief Operating Officer

Linh is responsible for Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Projects, Field Services and BayoTech’s Center of Excellence. He has nearly 30 years of experience leading global teams in the US, Europe, and Middle East.
Linh comes to BayoTech from McDermott where he served as the Regional CEO and Senior Vice President Middle East & North Africa based in Dubai. Prior to McDermott, Linh held key leadership roles in Operations, Projects and Strategy for large, multi-national firms such as BP and Atlantic Richfield Company.
In addition to his work at BayoTech, Linh serves on the Board of Directors for Russel Metals.
Linh has a MBA from the University of Southern California (with concentrations in finance and strategy) and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California Irvine.

Catharine Reid

chief marketing officer

Based out of Vancouver, Canada, Catharine has spent over 20 years in the clean energy sector. Previously at Ballard Power Systems, she is an experienced champion of hydrogen fuel cells for heavy-duty motive applications. Catharine is responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image, to build awareness and generate demand across multiple market segments.

Catharine holds a BBA from Simon Fraser University with a Marketing Concentration.

Nichole Berg


Nichole holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BS in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.

Paul Kirkpatrick

chief legal officer

Prior to joining BayoTech, Paul served as Chief Legal Officer for Omnitracs, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s global legal function. He also was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Commercial Metals Company, a NYSE listed, Fortune 500 steel company.  Paul’s experience includes being a transactional and securities attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP, a global law firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, where he represented both private and public company clients. 

Paul received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
