BayoTech Welcomes Paul Kirkpatrick as Chief Legal Officer
ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (December 6, 2021) — BayoTech is pleased to welcome Paul Kirkpatrick as Chief Legal Officer. Paul will be the head of the corporate legal department and is responsible for the legal affairs, policy and corporate governance for BayoTech. He will provide strategic leadership and advice to the BayoTech team, Executives and Board. Paul will lead all in house lawyers and external law firms acting on behalf of BayoTech.

We welcome Paul’s experience and leadership as he joins the BayoTech Executive Team”

Prior to joining BayoTech, Paul served as Chief Legal Officer for Omnitracs, where he was responsible for overseeing the company’s global legal function. He also was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Commercial Metals Company, a NYSE listed, Fortune 500 steel company. Paul’s experience includes being a transactional and securities attorney at Haynes and Boone, LLP, a global law firm headquartered in Dallas, Texas, where he represented both private and public company clients.
Paul received his law degree from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and is a graduate of Baylor University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
